Will it hurt to get tested?
No, getting tested should not hurt. If your test requires a blood sample, you may experience passing discomfort from the finger prick used to collect your blood sample. However, the experience is typically quick, easy, and relatively pain-free.
I didn’t receive my test results. Now what?
If the expected response time for your results has passed and you still don’t have them, please reach out to our team at support@rumehealth.com. We’ll help you get your results as fast as possible.
Are Rume Health centers CLIA compliant?
Yes, we strictly abide by all Clinic Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CLIA). Rume Health locations are all CLIA compliant.

How will I get my test results?
When your test results are ready, you’ll be notified by phone and by email. You’ll access your results through our secure patient portal.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Not a problem. If you’ve already paid for your test but missed your appointment time–for any reason–you can still get tested. Simply show up to the testing site when you can, and we’ll be ready to check you in and get you tested!
