Is there an age requirement for who can use your testing services?
We accommodate patients of all ages and capabilities. Parental consent is required for us to test and treat minors. Consent can be given during the registration process via an online consent form.
How long does it take to get tested?
Getting tested (especially if you book an appointment) will only take a few minutes. If the location you’re visiting is busy there may be a short wait. Our friendly staff will get to you as quickly as possible.
How do I prepare for my test?
No preparation is required. Simply show up to the testing site, and we’ll take it from there.
Will it hurt to get tested?
No, getting tested should not hurt. If your test requires a blood sample, you may experience passing discomfort from the finger prick used to collect your blood sample. However, the experience is typically quick, easy, and relatively pain-free.
I didn’t receive my test results. Now what?
If the expected response time for your results has passed and you still don’t have them, please reach out to our team at support@rumehealth.com. We’ll help you get your results as fast as possible.
Are Rume Health centers CLIA compliant?
Yes, we strictly abide by all Clinic Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CLIA). Rume Health locations are all CLIA compliant.

How will I get my test results?
When your test results are ready, you’ll be notified by phone and by email. You’ll access your results through our secure patient portal.
