Travel to Japan

If you are planning a trip to Japan, let us be your trusted source for your Ministry of Foreign Affairs travel document. We offer this service for all eligible travel tests, and it only takes a couple simple steps.

Book your Test

Locate your nearest testing site and book your test. You will need to select one of the following tests:

Expedited RT-PCR for $150 (Results in 1-2 days excluding Sunday)
Rapid PCR for $299 (Results within a couple hours)

Please keep in mind: All results and travel documents are sent to the patient’s email address on file. After that, feel free to print them for your travel.

Travel consultations & documents

We provide travel documents for a variety of needs. If you are traveling internationally and require documents in addition to your test results, need a Letter of Recovery in order to travel, or need a QR code showing your negative result, complete the Travel Consultation Form below. You will be paired with a provider to talk you through your specific needs and answer any questions you may have.
