Convenient, high-quality care when you need it

I have had PCOS for almost a decade now. None of the doctors I have consulted with before have actually been able to explain the condition and walk through the several options that I have like this one. ... I would definitely recommend Rume telehealth for your health needs!"

How to start your online doctor’s appointment

Connecting with a telehealth provider is easy. Here’s how.

Select your state and choose an appointment time

Tell us where you live, and then choose your appointment time.

You can choose to book with a women’s health telehealth provider today or in the future. If you need to change your appointment time after you register, no problem! You can do that after you’ve finished the intake process.

You’ll need these documents to complete your intake form:

  • A picture of the front and back of your personal ID
  • Credit card information if you’re paying with a credit or debit card
  • Insurance card if you’re paying with insurance

If you’re paying with credit or debit card, you’ll simply enter your

Information as usual.

If you’re using insurance, you’ll upload an image of

the front and back of your card. You can also choose to enter your

personal ID number and the name of your carrier manually.

Filling out your paperwork is fast and painless.
We’ll ask for an uploaded image of your photo ID, as well as information about:

  • Where you live
  • Who your primary care provider is (if you have one)
  • Your preferred pharmacy
  • Your emergency contact
  • The symptoms you’re currently experiencing

Your Patient Care Coordinator will give you a call approximately 15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure we have the information we need for you to have a smooth telehealth visit.

For the best experience, download the Zoom application prior to your appointment for a quick entry to your virtual exam room.

If you don’t download Zoom before the appointment, no worries!

You’ll be prompted to download the app when you click on your appointment link. With a strong internet signal, it should download and open for you within minutes.

Ladies, let's make this year your healthiest yet

Recent research has revealed a somewhat unsurprising truth: millennial women are 20% less healthy than male counterparts.

Why? Because millennial women are most likely to: be their family’s primary caregiver; be the family’s top income earner; and put their family’s health above their own. This tends to add up to lapse in personal healthcare.

If this sounds like you or someone you know, let’s shift the paradigm together! Our Virtual Women’s Health Clinic makes it easier than ever for any woman over the age of 18 to make time for and prioritize their health.

What is a virtual women's health visit like?

While we can’t perform your annual OBGYN exam, we can (and do) take the time to understand your current symptoms and the context in which they’re occuring. In addition to diagnosing and treating patients with new ailments, we also provide continued care for patients with existing diagnoses.

Depending on the nature of your visit, your provider will develop a treatment plan that you can act on immediately. If a new prescription or prescription refill is written, we’ll send it to the pharmacy of your choice!
