How to start your convenient care visit

Connecting with a telehealth provider is easy. Here’s how.

Choose a time to meet with your provider.

Choose to connect with a convenient care provider now or in the future. If you need to change your appointment time after you register, no problem! You can do that after you’ve finished the intake process.

We’ll ask for your phone number and then send you a text message from Solv, our telehealth platform, with a link to your patient intake form.

You'll need these documents to complete your intake form:

  • A picture of the front and back of your personal ID
  • Your debit or credit card information

Enter your payment information.

Plan to pay with a credit or debit card, and have your card information ready to enter as part of the registration process. Your card will not be charged until you’ve completed your telehealth appointment.

At this time we do not accept insurance for online convenient care appointments.

Complete your intake paperwork and upload a photo ID.

Filling out your paperwork is fast and painless.

We’ll ask for an uploaded image of your photo ID, as well as information about:

  • Where you live
  • Who your primary care provider is (if you have one)
  • Your preferred pharmacy
  • Your emergency contact
  • The symptoms you’re currently experiencing

Tap into your virtual exam room 10 minutes before your visit.

If you’ve scheduled your appointment for a future time or date, you’ll receive an appointment reminder 10 minutes before the visit start time, and a link to your virtual exam room.

If you choose “next available appointment,” you’ll be prompted to enter your virtual exam room not long after submitting your information.

Tap through to the exam room when you’re ready, and bring your photo ID to the appointment.

We look forward to seeing you!

What is a virtual convenient care visit like?

No matter which of our licensed providers you meet with, all are trained in the art of providing health care virtually.

While we can’t personally check your blood pressure or take your temperature, we can (and do) take the time to understand your current symptoms, and the context in which they’re occurring.

Depending on the nature of your visit, your provider will develop a treatment plan that you can act on immediately. If a prescription is written, we’ll send it to the pharmacy of your choice within 15 minutes of your start time!
