Connecting with a telehealth provider is easy. Here’s how.
Choose to connect with a convenient care provider now or in the future. If you need to change your appointment time after you register, no problem! You can do that after you’ve finished the intake process.
We’ll ask for your phone number and then send you a text message from Solv, our telehealth platform, with a link to your patient intake form.
You'll need these documents to complete your intake form:
Plan to pay with a credit or debit card, and have your card information ready to enter as part of the registration process. Your card will not be charged until you’ve completed your telehealth appointment.
At this time we do not accept insurance for online convenient care appointments.
Filling out your paperwork is fast and painless.
We’ll ask for an uploaded image of your photo ID, as well as information about:
If you’ve scheduled your appointment for a future time or date, you’ll receive an appointment reminder 10 minutes before the visit start time, and a link to your virtual exam room.
If you choose “next available appointment,” you’ll be prompted to enter your virtual exam room not long after submitting your information.
Tap through to the exam room when you’re ready, and bring your photo ID to the appointment.
We look forward to seeing you!

Depending on the nature of your visit, your provider will develop a treatment plan that you can act on immediately. If a prescription is written, we’ll send it to the pharmacy of your choice within 15 minutes of your start time!
If you’d like to talk to a telehealth provider immediately (rather than scheduling an appointment for the future), five minutes is the typical wait time during the virtual clinic’s office hours: 7AM to 10PM PT, seven days a week.
