This testing site is located inside of the Executive Center, across the street from the Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel.

Please note: This site is a walk-up location. When driving into the parking lot take an immediate right. You’ll find plenty of parking! The testing clinic is located on the first floor of the Executive Center. Enter through the double doors and you’ll find us on the first door to the right. Upon arrival have your order number handy for a breezy check-in.
